What should I expect?

Before you make your first appointment, I would like to schedule a time to talk to you. This would allow me to explain the process of therapy and it would also give you the opportunity to ask me questions. If you then feel comfortable, we can schedule an initial session. During the first session, there will be certain forms that need to be filled out and we can discuss what you would like to work on throughout future sessions. Therapy may be intimidating to some, that being said, this would be the perfect time to address any concerns you may have. Sessions are 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly unless we decide on a schedule that is more beneficial to you.

I am also under the supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
